What we collect
We collect information you provide when creating and managing an account, including your name, contact details, professional information, preferences, skills, portfolio materials, videos, referrals, and communications. We also collect basic technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve leeorum.
How we use information
We use your information to provide your account, review professional and company profiles, support professional discovery, manage introductions and referrals, send service messages, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Videos and professional visibility
Professional videos and portfolio materials are stored privately. They are not public. Where you opt in, leeorum may show approved materials to approved companies. Your visibility controls and introduction choices determine when companies can discover you and when identifying information is shared.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide leeorum, with approved participants according to your choices, with service providers that process data for us, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Referrals
If someone recommends or invites another person, we process the details needed to deliver and manage that invitation or referral. Referral visibility remains subject to the professional's settings and consent.
Storage, security, and retention
We use access controls and private storage designed to protect account information and media. We keep information while an account is active and as needed for the service, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Retention may vary by record type.
Your choices and rights
You can update your information, change visibility settings, pause your profile, or request withdrawal and deletion from your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information.
