Using leeorum
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use leeorum lawfully. You may not impersonate others, misrepresent work, interfere with the service, scrape data, send spam, or use information from leeorum outside its intended professional purpose.
Professional accounts
Professionals control whether they can be discovered by approved companies, seen by other professionals, or considered for referrals. Submitting a profile or work does not guarantee approval, visibility, an introduction, or an opportunity.
Company accounts
Companies must provide accurate organization and vacancy information. Approval may be required before viewing professional materials or requesting introductions. Companies must respect each professional's consent, confidentiality, and permitted use of information.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give leeorum permission to host, process, review, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and according to your privacy and visibility choices. You must have the right to submit the content.
Introductions and referrals
Professionals may accept or decline introductions. Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith. Any reward requires the stated eligibility conditions and verification, and is not earned merely by inviting someone to join.
Reviews and moderation
leeorum may review, request changes to, pause, or remove accounts and content that are inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms. We may suspend access where needed to protect people or the service.
Service availability
We work to keep leeorum reliable, but the service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, leeorum is provided without guarantees of employment, hiring outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or specific results.
Ending your account
You may stop using leeorum and request account deletion. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
