Evidence
What counts as evidence?
Evidence supports what you describe. Remove confidential information, client details and proprietary material before sharing. You never need to upload confidential work to take part.
- Screen recordings
- A walkthrough of a tool, board or system you built or used.
- Files and images
- Sanitized documents, diagrams or screenshots.
- Links
- Public pages, published work or other material that supports the example.
04
Visibility and control
Your work. Your visibility. Your choice.
Your name and contact details stay private until you accept an interview request from an employer. You can also choose to show your name earlier.
- Discoverable by employers
- When on, approved employers can find your work profile once it has been reviewed. Off by default.
- Visible to other professionals
- When on, other professionals can see your profile, for example to recommend you. Off by default.
- Open to referrals
- When on, other professionals can refer you for roles. You approve each referral before an employer sees it. Off by default.
- Restrict profile visibility from your current employer.
- You can also exclude specific organisations. Restrictions apply to known accounts associated with those organisations; they cannot guarantee complete anonymity.
05
Recommendations and referees
Good work gets remembered.
Colleagues can recommend you, and you approve each recommendation. Referee confirmation is a later step, used where appropriate and only with your permission. Profiles label what you submitted separately from what a referee has independently confirmed.

Questions
FAQs
What kind of work can I share?
Any work you personally contributed to: a process you improved, a project you delivered, a problem you solved, a system you implemented or an outcome you helped achieve.
What if my work is confidential?
Describe it at a level you are comfortable with and remove client names, confidential figures and proprietary material. Sanitized evidence is welcome; confidential uploads are never required.
What if I do not have a file or link to share?
You can still record the context, your part and the outcome. Evidence can be added later, and referee confirmation is optional.
Who can see my profile?
Nobody until you choose. After your profile is reviewed, it is visible only according to the settings you turn on. Your name stays private until you accept an interview request, or earlier if you turn that on in your privacy settings.
